Fasta format

TNT can handle fasta files. The command to do that is procedure

procedure &XXX;   

read Fasta file named XXX. It must be aligned. If not, all sequences will be "equalized" to N characters, by adding gaps at the end. If "&" is followed by =N

Alternatively, =N can be placed at the beginning of the file.
