FREQDIFS
Version: 1.1.
Menu path: to do.

FREQDIFS
   Calculate frequency difference tree (FDT) 
   =N      use N as cutoff 
   N/L     display FDT for tree(s) N, excluding taxon (taxa) L 
   [J]N/L  calculate frequency differences for each group of 
           tree J, on tree(s) N, pruning taxon (taxa) L 
   (J)N/L  same, but display results as table 
   *N/L    same, but keep FDT as last tree in memory

Example: Calculate FDT for each group of tree 3 on tree 7 and display as a table.
