PRUNCOM

Menu path: to do.

PRUNCOM
   Find pruned combinable component consensus.  Syntax as in  
   "prunnelsen", but options + and ! not allowed.

Example: find pruned combinable component for consensus of trees 1, 2, 5 and 6.

pruncom & 1 2 5 6;
 TNT will also list the prunings that improve consensus.
